After graduating from college, Dr. Gallego attended the
UCLA School of Medicine
in Los Angeles. After medical school he traveled to Portland, Oregon to begin his training in general surgery. After three years, he ventured to the
University of Colorado in Denver
to complete his training in plastic surgery. Throughout his career Dr. Gallego has received numerous awards and honors for his scholarship and dedication. In addition, he has co-authored a number of articles in highly respected publications and has been a speaker at several conferences.
Dr. Gallego is a
board certified plastic surgeon
with certification by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery.
During the last four years, Dr. Gallego has built a reputation for being a caring, honest and skilled plastic surgeon. During your initial consultation, you will be able to meet with the doctor, discuss surgical options, review risks and recovery times, and get answers to your questions. We know that your time is very important and we really try to optimize your visit. Currently, we have two practice locations which serve both the
Orange County
and
Inland Empire
regions. Our
Irvine plastic surgery
office is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings. Our
Corona plastic surgery
location is open Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dr. Gallego performs a wide variety of both
cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
His most common surgeries include
breast augmentation,
breast lift/mastopexy,
abdominoplasty/tummy tuck,
liposuction,
and
rhinoplasty. In addition to surgical procedures, he also has a vast experience with injectables such as
Botox,
Juvederm,
and Restylane.
These treatments can help to remove unwanted lines and soften deep folds to give one a more youthful, refreshed appearance. We also offer the
Obagi Blue Peel,
Obagi Nu-derm System, and
Nia 24
for those patients with sun damaged skin.
All cosmetic consultations are complimentary, and we accept a number of different PPO insurance plans. Lastly, we offer financing trough
Capital One Healthcare Finance and
Care Credit.
